I am proud to announce my candidacy for reelection as Strafford County Sheriff.
Serving as your Sheriff has been one of the greatest honors of my career. During my first term, I have worked diligently to strengthen the Sheriff's Office by improving morale, modernizing policies, enhancing accountability, and bringing consistency and professionalism to our daily operations. My focus has remained on ensuring that the Sheriff's Office fulfills its core responsibilities while providing dependable service to the residents and communities of Strafford County.
A major priority has been strengthening relationships with the cities and towns throughout the county. The Sheriff’s Office has been a reliable partner to local police, fire, emergency services, county departments, and community organizations. That work has included collaborating on grants and other regional efforts that benefit the whole county with an emphasis on fiscal responsibility and transparency. The voters of Strafford County deserve to know what the Sheriff’s Office does and how we support the safety and daily operations of the county.
In addition to my work within the county, I have actively represented Strafford County in Concord by advocating for legislation affecting public safety, county government, and our local communities. I believe the Sheriff has an obligation to provide informed leadership and to ensure that the voices of our communities are heard whenever state policy has a direct impact on local public safety and county operations.
I have lived in Strafford County for most of my life, and my husband and I are raising our two sons here. This is my home, and I remain deeply committed to serving its residents with integrity, professionalism, and dedication.
We have made meaningful progress, but there is more work to do. I am running for reelection to continue strengthening the office, supporting our employees, building partnerships, managing public resources responsibly, and making sure the Sheriff’s Office remains accessible and accountable to the people of Strafford County.
